Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Packaging All magnets are shipped in reinforced, board-backed envelopes or sturdy boxes to ensure your personalized items arrive in perfect condition.
Damages If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the packaging and the item so we can arrange a replacement for you.
